Erica Hudson joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s Nonprofit and Tax practices. Erica handles corporate and tax matters for nonprofit and governmental clients, including representing clients in New Markets Tax Credit and tax-exempt bond financing transactions.

Before joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Erica worked as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she advised USAID management on employment law and administrative law matters, including representing USAID before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Merit Systems Protection Board. She also worked at an international law firm's New York office, where she focused on various renewable energy project acquisitions, securitizations, and project finance transactions, including debt financings and tax-equity financings for solar projects across Maine and Massachusetts.

Erica is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York State. She graduated summa cum laude from Saint Anselm College in 2018 and earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2022, serving as an Executive Notes & Comments Editor for the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Erica received CALI Excellence Awards (highest grades) in Evidence, Land Use, and Legal Research & Writing II, and also received the Blachman Award for the best essay on improving state or national government, titled "State Taxation of Nonresident, Remote Workers: Due Process, State Sovereignty and Tax Policy Implications."
