
Victoria Whitney joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Health and Human Services practices. Victoria works with a continuum of healthcare clients in issues of governance, employment, licensing, compliance, and HIPAA and privacy concerns. She also represents clients in a variety of disputes in both federal and state courts, including disputes in the areas of contracts, unfair trade practices, land use, commercial property management and development, and healthcare.
Victoria’s litigation practice builds off her extensive background managing complex litigation for global clients in finance, technology, consumer products, and healthcare. Before joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Victoria served as a senior associate at the New York office of an international law firm. There, Victoria handled a variety of large-scale commercial litigation, including class actions, securities and commodities litigation, shareholder actions, product liability, mass torts, and bankruptcy. She also conducted internal investigations and counseled clients in matters involving arbitration and regulatory enforcement. Prior to joining the New York firm, Victoria clerked for The Honorable Paul G. Gardephe in the Southern District of New York.
Victoria is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York State, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She graduated from Wesleyan University in 2008 and then received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2014, where she served as Executive Editor for the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. Victoria is a member of the Vincent Club, a nonprofit organization founded to support the health of women through education and fundraising for the Vincent Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
