
Heather Ducharme joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2025 as an associate. She represents a large variety of clients, including nonprofit entities, human services providers, for-profit entities, and individuals, and provides guidance to these clients on a wide range of litigation, transactional, and corporate matters.
Before joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Heather worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert E. Toone, Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, assisting the justice with an array of criminal and civil matters, analyzing appellate briefs and record appendices, and preparing for and attending oral arguments. Previously, Heather joined Krokidas & Bluestein LLP as a law clerk, drafting initial versions of demand letters, complaints, and motions for civil litigation matters, researching complex civil litigation topics, and preparing legal memoranda on various topics such as insurance coverage and corporate by-law waivers.
Heather is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016 and received her Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law in 2024. During law school, Heather interned for the Honorable Donald L. Cabell at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and in the Constitutional and Administrative Law Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. She serves on the board of UMass Women into Leadership, a selective leadership and professional development program that helps students from the state’s flagship university achieve careers in public service and leadership.
