
Matthew P. O’Malley joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s Transaction Group. Matt’s practice focuses on the corporate and transactional needs of the firm’s nonprofit, for-profit, and public clients.
Prior to joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Matt worked at another Boston firm as a Corporate Associate. There, he counseled clients on corporate matters, including venture financing transactions, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and SEC disclosure matters, as well as technology transactions and licensing matters. He also completed pro bono work assisting clients in asylum and Temporary Protected Status matters. Previously, Matt was a legal intern for the WGBH Educational Foundation and the American Federation of Government Employees.
Matt is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2018, and earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2022, where he served as Senior Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review.
