ROSANNE SULLIVAN

“Courage is more exhilarating than fear and in the long run it is easier. We do not have to become heroes overnight. Just a step at time, meeting each thing that comes up, seeing it is not as dreadful as it appeared, discovering we have the strength to stare it down.”— Eleanor Roosevelt, You Learn by Living, 1960

Rosanne Sullivan joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s Health and Human Services practice. Rosanne works with health systems, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, community health centers, clinics, post-acute care and senior living providers, behavioral health providers, home health, home care and hospice providers, medical practices and individual clinicians, and other community-based organizations. Her focus is on complex regulatory matters and transactions, including privacy and data security, licensure and enrollment, survey and certification, reimbursement and fraud and abuse; assisting in mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations through due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents and regulatory filings; drafting and negotiating vendor, management, and service agreements; and obtaining Determination of Need approvals and other regulatory filings.

Rosanne’s healthcare practice is strengthened by her prior work as a Life Sciences attorney for an academic healthcare system. There, she focused on biotechnology and pharmaceutical company contracts with research clinicians, protecting institutional reputation interests, negotiating intellectual property rights, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Rosanne also previously lectured at Northeastern University College of Professional Studies, covering regulatory strategy and product development.

Rosanne is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. She graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 2013 and earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2016. There, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Education, served as a class representative for the SBA, completed the inaugural Konduros Leadership Development Program, and was awarded a grant from the Public Interest Law Society. She has previously served as Vice President and President of the law school’s Young Alumni Council.
