Boston (December 3, 2025) - Krokidas & Bluestein LLP is proud to announce the addition of two new associates, bolstering the firm’s Transaction and Health & Human Services practices.
Matthew P. O’Malley is an associate in the firm’s Transaction Group. Matt’s practice focuses on the corporate and transactional needs of the firm’s nonprofit, for-profit, and public clients. Matt brings strong corporate experience to his practice, drawing from his role as a Corporate Associate at his previous firm. There, he counseled clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture financing transactions, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and SEC disclosure matters, among others. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2022, where he served as Senior Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review.
Rosanne Sullivan is an associate in the firm’s Health and Human Services practice. Rosanne works with clients across the health care continuum, focusing on complex regulatory matters and transactions, including licensure and enrollment, reimbursement, survey and certification, compliance and enforcement, HIPAA and privacy concerns, contracting, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Rosanne practiced as a Life Sciences attorney for an academic healthcare system, focusing on biotechnology and pharmaceutical company contracts with research clinicians. Rosanne is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. She earned her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2016. There, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Education.
