Boston (October 01, 2025) - Krokidas & Bluestein LLP is proud to announce the addition of three new associates, further strengthening the firm’s Litigation, Nonprofit, Tax, and Health & Human Services practices.
Heather Ducharme is an associate at the firm, representing nonprofit and for-profit organizations, human services providers, and individuals in a variety of litigation, transactional, and corporate matters. Before joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Heather clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Toone, Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and previously worked with Krokidas & Bluestein as a law clerk. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and earned her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2024.
Erica Hudson is an associate in the firm’s Nonprofit and Tax practices. She advises nonprofit and governmental clients on corporate and tax matters, including New Markets Tax Credit and tax-exempt bond financing transactions. Previously, Erica served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), where she handled employment and administrative law matters. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York and received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2022.
Victoria Whitney is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Health & Human Services practices. She counsels healthcare providers on governance, compliance, licensing, HIPAA, and privacy issues. Victoria represents clients in a wide range of disputes in state and federal court, including contracts, unfair trade practices, land use, commercial property management and development, and healthcare. Before joining the firm, Victoria was a senior associate at an international law firm in New York, managing complex litigation for global clients. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and the United States District Court of Massachusetts. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2014.
