October 4, 2020 (Boston, MA) – Krokidas & Bluestein is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Andrew Ognibene to its transactional practice.

Andrew comes to Krokidas & Bluestein after serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Kenneth V. Desmond, Jr. of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

“We are delighted to welcome Andrew to the firm.” says Elizabeth Ross, leader of the transactional practice at Krokidas & Bluestein. “His experience in real estate and his interest in nonprofit and public sector law make him a perfect fit for our transactional practice.”

Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, and received his B.A. from Duke University. Before attending law school, Andrew was a financial analyst with a prominent real estate firm in Washington, D. C., and while attending the University of Virginia, he worked at the School of Law’s Nonprofit Clinic, was a fellow at the Conservation Law Foundation, and an intern at the Nonprofit/Charities Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.
