Matt Miller graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and gained his J.D. at Boston College Law School in 2021. Matt joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2023, as a member of the firm’s Transactional Group.
Prior to attending law school, Matt worked in a commercial brokerage firm. While a law student, Matt completed internships at the Massachusetts Securities Division and the Boston Planning and Development Authority, and worked with founders of small businesses through Boston College Law School’s Community Enterprise Clinic. He also published an article, Substantive Rationality Challenges Against Federal Land Condemnations, in the Thomson Reuters’ Real Estate Law Journal, exploring a novel defense to eminent domain takings related to the proposed border wall between the United States and Mexico.
On a pro bono basis, Matt volunteers for Health Law Advocates and is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Temple Israel in Brookline.
