Eric Reustle joined Krokidas & Bluestein LLP in 2019 and concentrates his practice on nonprofit and public law, assisting public and not-for-profit clients with governance issues, organizational structure, formation of new organizations, dissolutions, management of charitable funds, and federal, state and local tax exemptions, and assisting public clients with state ethics issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric practiced law at Casner & Edwards representing tax-exempt organizations on matters including formational issues, obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, state and local tax exemptions, governance, management of charitable funds, and local zoning, and at Miyares & Harrington representing municipalities and regional governmental entities on matters including government structure, special legislation, tax matters, management of public trusts, ethics, and drafting bylaws and regulations.

Eric is a 2002 graduate from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a B.M Horn Performance. He received a J.D., cum laude from Boston College Law School 2011, receiving the 2010 Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition for “Best Brief.”

Eric is licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Eric has been named a 2020 Massachusetts Super Lawyer “Rising Star” by Thomson Reuters and Boston Magazine.
