Cassidy Mills joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Employment Practices. Cassidy represents nonprofit and for-profit entities, as well as individuals, in a variety of disputes in both federal and state courts, including disputes in the areas of contracts, unfair trade practices, land use, commercial property management and development, and healthcare. She advises employers in a range of employment matters, including wage and hour issues, accusations of discrimination, and wrongful termination claims.
Before joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Cassidy worked as a litigation associate at a mid-size New England law firm. Cassidy’s experience also includes serving as a judicial law clerk in the Juvenile Division of the Massachusetts Trial Court.
Cassidy is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a 2016, magna cum laude University of South Carolina graduate and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2020, where she received the CALI Excellence Award for class performance in Business Organizations. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Women’s Bar Association.
