Elizabeth Ross concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate finance and development.
In her over thirty years of practice, Liz has represented clients on all sides of real estate transactions. A focus of her practice is in representing institutional, public and quasi-public lenders in affordable housing and other multiparty financing transactions. Liz also has extensive experience representing developers and property owners such as charter schools, health care facilities and social services organizations in acquisitions, financings and other transactions. As real estate counsel to the firm’s clients, Liz provides expert advice in addressing zoning and land use requirements and title matters, in negotiating construction contracts and architects agreements, and in formulating condominium, ground lease and master lease structures. She represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions for offices, medical offices, academic buildings, and retail and commercial space.
