Attorney Reustle
(Boston, MA) May 28, 2019– Krokidas & Bluestein is pleased to announce the addition of Associate Attorney Eric Reustle to its Nonprofit and Education practices. Mr. Reustle will work with the firm’s public, private and not-for-profit clients on corporate matters, governance issues, organizational structure, mergers, dissolutions, charitable funds and tax exemption compliance.
Mr. Reustle comes to Krokidas & Bluestein from Miyares & Harrington, where he represented municipalities and regional governmental entities on matters including government structure, special legislation, tax matters, management of public trusts, ethics, and drafting bylaws and regulations. Prior to that, Mr. Reustle was with Casner & Edwards, where he worked with tax-exempt organizations on matters including formational issues, obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, state and local tax exemptions, governance, management of charitable funds, and local zoning.

Mr. Reustle earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Horn Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. A resident of Upton, he currently serves on the Town’s Land Stewardship Committee and Zoning Board of Appeals, and is on the Board of Directors for Emmanuel Music.
