(Boston, MA) March 13, 20120 – We wanted to reach out to our clients regarding COVID-19 because we know that everyone is feeling its effects, whether personally, professionally, or both. Our firm has developed a COVID-19 plan to continue to serve you, while meeting the requirements of the CDC and state and local authorities to reduce our on-site work force. In essence, our plan provides for most attorneys and staff to work remotely by computer and phone, while we maintain a small rotating team (including a receptionist) who will be available in the office on a daily basis. We believe that the COVID-19 plan that we have put in place will be seamless to you, while keeping our employees safe and promoting the social distancing recommended by public health authorities.
Needless to say, we will continue to be available by email and phone. If you call the office and the attorney or staff member you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned promptly. For package deliveries and pick-ups, please call our main number (617.482.7211) and our receptionist will work with you to assure the package gets where it needs to go. Since the Atlantic Avenue entrance to our building is currently closed, please use the Summer Street entrance for deliveries and pick-ups. If you have a scheduled meeting at our office, please contact the attorney you are working with regarding alternative plans, including teleconferencing or video conferencing.
We will continue to keep you informed of the important measures we are taking during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
