(Boston, MA) April 25, 2021 – Boston-based law firm Krokidas & Bluestein LLP announced today that Co-Managing Partner Paul Holtzman has been selected as one of this year’s Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Go To Employment Lawyers. Those selected for this recognition are senior attorneys well-versed in case law, statutes and regulations; with a record of success in cases; a lawyer to whom other lawyers make referrals because of their expertise and accomplishments; and a lawyer who can think creatively and identify all options for a client.

Paul joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 1992, and recently became the firm’s Co-Managing Partner. With over thirty years of experience litigating all manner of employment and business disputes on behalf of employees, employers and other stakeholders, he brings a unique perspective to achieve resolution of a wide variety of disputes.

Paul also has an active practice as a neutral in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a member of both the National Employment Arbitration Panel, and the Mediation Panel, of the American Arbitration Association. In addition to a private mediation practice, he has mediated cases for the United States District Court, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD).

“Perhaps the best way to encapsulate Paul’s proficiency as an employment lawyer is to quote a client of the firm, a senior partner in a large Boston firm, who once said: ‘Paul is smart. He is strategic. He is intuitive. When I am represented by Paul, I know I have the best lawyer in the room’,” said Co-Managing Partner, Vince Pisegna.

In addition to this year’s honor, Paul has been recognized as among the Best Lawyers in employment law by U.S. News & World Report each year since 2007, and was named Lawyer of the Year for Employment Law in 2016. He has published and lectured extensively and served on the Board of Editors of the Boston Bar Journal, served as an Adviser to the American Law Institute on the inaugural Restatement: Employment Law, and as Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Section of the Boston Bar Association.
