BRIAN RICHICHI

Brian Richichi joined Krokidas & Bluestein in 2019 and focuses his practice on the litigation and resolution of disputes. He also counsels employers in various sectors on compliance with workplace regulations, with a particular emphasis recently on the challenges posed by the COVID pandemic. From vaccine mandates to reasonable accommodations for employees, Brian’s expertise is sought after by clients and media outlets alike.

Brian has represented nonprofit and for-profit entities in a variety of disputes in both federal and state courts, including disputes in the areas of contracts, land use, employment and healthcare. Brian’s litigation experience also includes the litigation of civil rights matters. He has significant experience managing discovery in class actions and other complex civil matters.

Brian is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York.

Prior to joining Krokidas & Bluestein, Brian practiced in the D.C. office of Hogan Lovells US LLP and the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.

Brian received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College and his law degree from New York University School of Law.
